Meet our Grant Leaders

Cornelius is the owner of Burrows Tax & Accounting LLC with 27 years of professional accounting experience.  He has served as a City Clerk & Treasurer, an Accounting Professor and Division Chair, external auditor, and has worked with grants for other entities.  Currently he serves as Clayton’s internal accountant and the Project Manager for the city's HUD grant.
